One of the services we provide as a Consultancy is our unique and innovative Academy programme.
The Academy Programme has been created by capital market specialists and consultants to train graduates in all aspects of capital markets during an intense 4-6 week period, and then deploy those graduates on our client’s premises for a minimum of two years.
The role is varied and you will receive invaluable experience working on change projects within the world’s leading banks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to start a career in Consultancy.
The Graduate Application Process

Spark Hire Video Interview
If your application is successful, we will get in contact with you. You will be asked questions to determine whether you can demonstrate the attributes and strengths we look for in our Consultants.
If you pass the phone screening test, you will be invited to attend a face to face interview. This will be a mixture of competency and technical based questions.
Consultants are selected based on whether they naturally demonstrate the attributes and understanding which we believe are key to success in the corporate world.
If successful, we will offer you a place on our Academy. We will invite you to participate in our Training Bond; an investment in your capital market knowledge.
Once the offer has been accepted, we will commence your unique training programme in FInancial Markets. The comprehensive process takes 4-6 weeks to complete.
After training, you will be deployed as a Graduate consultant. You will work on exciting business critical change projects for one or more of our prestigious clients.
Training is important to us as it helps our graduates to transition from Campus to Corporate. The AdVantage Academy provides fast-track skills development to those with a passion for Finance, Technology and Business.
Trainees embark on an initial foundation course consisting of e-learning training modules in Domain Knowledge and Professional Skills, followed by industry specific modules, where trainees will learn the skills required to become a Vantage Point Consultant. Consultants will participate in presentations, group projects and workshops.

What we Look for:
A graduate from an Economics, Finance, Banking, Actuarial, Business, Law, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics background or analytical background
