One of the services we provide as a Consultancy is our unique and innovative AdVantage Accelerator Programme.

The AdVantage Accelerator Programme has been created by capital market specialists and consultants to train graduates in all aspects of capital markets during an intense 8-12 week period, and then deploy those graduates on our client’s premises for a minimum of two years.

The role is varied and you will receive invaluable experience working on change projects within the world’s leading banks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to start a career in Consultancy.

The Graduate Application Process

Application review

Upload your Curriculum Vitae and covering letter and our team will review your application based on whether you have the relevant attributes and academic background.

Phone screening

If you application is successful, we will get in contact with you. We ask you questions to determine whether you can demonstrate the attributes we look for in our Consultants.

Face-to-face interview

If you pass the phone screening test, you will be invited to attend a face to face interview. This will be a mixture of competency and technical based questions.

Selection

Consultants are selected based on whether they naturally demonstrate the attributes and understanding which we believe are key to success in the corporate world.

Offer

If successful, we will offer you a place in The AdVantage Programme. We will invite you to participate in our Training Bond; an investment in your capital market knowledge.

Training

Once the offer has been accepted, we will commence your unique training programme in Capital Markets. The comprehensive process takes 8-12 weeks to complete.

Deployment

After training, you will be deployed as a Graduate consultant. You will work on exciting business critical change projects for one or more of our prestigious clients.
