Vantage Point was enlisted to support the Operations Solutions Group in a top tier investment bank. The nature of the project was varied and required interaction across the whole of the operations department. Some key deliverables of the project were to transform the design and functionality of operating level agreements and work closely with an offshore team to consolidate agreements that were used each time a specific function required an offshore presence.
Vantage Point consultants were required to fully understand the existing agreements in place between the business side and operations division as well as extract data from various sources to create visual analysis of the costs attributed to each area of the business. In addition to this; Vantage Point consultants also utilised their project management skills to effectively manage all the stakeholders involved on the project, as well as report on project progress to senior management in the form of presentations.
In addition to the aforementioned, our consultants advised on the pros and cons of using blockchain technology in a new initiative that the client was trailing in Q4 2016. Advice was also given through a cost benefit analysis on the specific platforms and vendors that could be used to help launch the initiative.
