Founded in The City of London by a strong team of equity partners, Vantage Point benefits from a wealth of collective industry experience.
Has over 20 years international experience in the technology and business services sectors. He has successfully led several high growth firms across the globe as a Managing Director and brings a wealth of experience to Vantage Point. He holds a PhD in Business and Technology Strategy from Cranfield School of Management and has implemented great positive change since arriving at Vantage Point in late 2016.
Founder and non-Executive Director
Andrew has over 15 years experience in Business Consulting and Professional Services. With a proven track record of success, innovation and significant experience in growing businesses in the UK and international markets, he has held Board Level and Senior Management roles with global consulting firms including Capita, Genpact Capital Markets and Rule Financial. Andy has a wealth of experience in providing services to the Investment Banking sector.
Managing Director and Founder
Prior to founding Vantage Point in August 2014, Stephen spent 15 years at Rule Financial and was instrumental in the growth of the group from start-up to its acquisition by GFT Technologies in 2014. Stephen has over 20 years of experience in delivering Technology and Business Consulting services to the Financial Services Industry and has managed relationships at the most senior levels of the industry within Capital Markets firms across the Globe.
Liz has over 30 years experience in finance, implementing transformative change within EMEA. Her wide knowledge and practical understanding of business environments in multiple countries allows for detailed commercial expertise, powerful consolidation, reconciliation skills and a hands-on approach when necessary. Liz is used to managing internal and external deadlines and motivating large multi disciplinary teams to meet time and budget targets.
Lindsay spent a 23 year career in private equity investment latterly as a founder partner of HgCapital. Prior to retiring from the partnership in 2012, Lindsay served on the firm’s Investment Committee and Executive Committee. Lindsay acts as an advisor to Spring Ventures, GVQ Investment Management and Evoco, a Swiss private equity fund. Lindsay read Aeronautical Engineering at Imperial College, London, and is a Chartered Accountant. Lindsay joined the Board of Vantage Point in 2015.
After graduating from Oxford University in 1988 Marcus worked for Merill Lynch as a Derivatives Trader before joining CapGemini in 1994. After growing their Investment Banking consulting practice, Marcus set-up Rule Financial in 1997. Employing over 900 staff, Rule Financial provided consulting services to 9 of the top 10 investment banks and was named in The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 four times in its short history. Marcus was the CEO and latterly Executive Chairman of Rule Financial until its sale to GFT Technologies in 2014.
Kit has over 10 years experience in Sales and Recruitment; delivering innovative solutions to a diverse client base across Financial Sector. Prior to Vantage Point, Kit worked as an Analytics consultant specialising in the assessment and evaluation of blue chip corporations and their HR analytics maturity models. At Vantage Point Kit is the Sales Director responsible for overseeing the expansion of Vantage Point’s customer base and strengthening client relationships.
Head of Talent Management
Julian has over 13 years within Talent management & Talent Acquisition. He has a wealth of industry experience that include Investment Banking, Business Intelligence, Financial Consulting, Open Source technologies, Telecommunications and Media. With a degree from Greenwich in Business Studies, he brings a high level of strategic planning and charisma to the business that has changed the way we recruit the best consultants.
